The speed can also be adjusted between1-20km/h and that affords you the opportunity to run very fast or exercise at a very slow pace based on your preference.

The incline can also be adjusted anywhere between 0-12% and this adds a little more challenge to the workout routine. It can be folded very easily which makes it easy to be stored even in small spaces.

It has quick keys that the user can use to change the speed or incline on the machine. It has a safety feature that is referred to as the emergency stop feature and it enables the machine to stop suddenly in the event that you fall.

However, the safety clip has to be attached to your clothing for this feature to be activated. It has a bottle holder that the user can use instead of leaving the machine.
