The speed on this beauty can be adjusted anywhere between 0.8-14 km/h which makes it perfect for a slow walk, jogging or even sprint training. The incline can also be adjusted on three levels to suit your personal needs.

It has a LCD backlit screen that shows the speed at which the user is going, the distance covered, the calories, the heart rate of the user as well as the time spent exercising.
