The Confidence MTI Treadmill Black is powered by a 1.5HP motor. It weighs 110.2 pounds which makes it a bit difficult for one person to lift. It gives you the opportunity to adjust the incline on three levels so you can get a little more challenge while you are working out.

It can accommodate users who weigh up to 330 pounds. So heavier people who wish to work out can do so without fear that the machine is being pressured. The speed can be adjusted from 0.6- 7.5 mph and this supports your routine whether you want to go fast or slow.

This way you can either walk at a very slow speed or walk briskly. It is built with 12 fitness programmes that users can choose from to get a more unique feel while exercising.

It also has a built-in speaker that can be accessed by plugging a jack into the machine.

It also has a LED display screen that displays the speed at which you are exercising, the equivalence in distance for the duration of time you have been exercising, the number of calories that you have burnt off and the rate of your heart beat.

It also has some pre-set speeds that the user can choose from.
