The Confidence TXI Treadmill Black can safely hold a person who weighs up to 308 pounds. The weight of the machine is 56kg which makes it a bit difficult for one person to lift it.

The speed ranges from 1-12km/h which makes it easy to transition from a slow walk to a fast run. It is powered by a 2HP motor which makes it a good candidate for a run a little above an average speed.

The built in speakers help you to pass time while exercising because if you are listening to music you will be more in tune to the music and not focused on the time that you are actually spending to exercise.

That is very helpful especially if you are not at a professional level which makes it easy for you to exercise without distraction. The hydraulic folding system provides additional cushion for users.

The backlit LED display provides clear information such as; the speed at which the user is going, the equivalence in distance for the duration of time the user has been exercising, the heart rate of the user as well as the time and calories burnt.

You can also adjust the incline from 1-12% for your liking. That is useful because the aim is to get better at exercising and take on new challenges.
