The confidence Power Plus Motorized Treadmill is available in black and it can accommodate users up to 264 pounds which is the same as 120kg. You are given the option to increase or lower the speed which ranges from 1-10km/h.

That way you do not have to feel pressured while exercising. But the speed can only be lowered or increased in 1km increments.

It has an awesome multi-function LED display screen and unlike the LCD the LED shows a lot clearer making it easier to see the information.

The information displayed includes the speed at which you are going, the time that you have been exercising for, the equivalence in distance for your work out time and speed as well as the number of calories burnt during the routine.

All these factors help to motivate the user while they are exercising. The motivation is crucial since this machine is ideal for new runners that are just getting started or people who just want to lose a little weight.
